About Printblaze
It started with a problem
no one else would solve.
In 1994, pad printing was almost unheard of in India. A tobacco company needed it. We said yes. That decision — to take the job others refused — has defined everything we've done since.
Our vision
Print what others won't.

Started in 1994. Built on an open order.

A leading tobacco company was looking for someone to print on their zipper lock sachets. The surface was irregular. The technique required — pad printing — was rare in India. Most printers turned the job away. We didn't.

We set up a pad printing operation in Sector 27, Noida, and walked into that first meeting ready. The meeting ended with an open order — unlimited quantity, no ceiling. For a business just starting, it was the foundation everything else was built on.

Corporate gifting followed naturally. Working alongside major companies gave us deep knowledge of what corporate buyers actually need: reliability, batch consistency and a vendor who treats a deadline as a commitment. That knowledge is the foundation of Printblaze.

Word spread. Pad printing can brand any odd-shaped or curved surface — and companies with unusual requirements found their way to us. Pepsi. Whirlpool. Electrolux. Global names trusting us with their branded merchandise because we could do what others wouldn't.

"Pad printing was a very novel, rare and unique concept in those days. I was always eager to enter into a challenging and new enterprise."

Four things we commit to on every order.

Because we know what can go wrong with a bulk print order — and we've spent
30 years making sure it doesn't happen to our clients.

01
We print in-house
No outsourcing. No middlemen. Every order is handled directly by our team — full control over quality from artwork approval to dispatch.
02
Unit 1 = Unit 5,000
Colour matching, finish and placement are controlled across every batch. The first unit and the last unit are indistinguishable. Every time.
03
7–10 working days
From artwork approval to dispatch. Most bulk orders delivered within 10 working days. Rush options available for time-sensitive campaigns.
04
One person to call
One point of contact from brief to delivery. No call centres, no ticket queues. A real person who knows your order and answers when you call.

Four things we commit to on every order.

Because we know what can go wrong with a bulk print order — and we've spent 30 years making sure it doesn't happen to our clients.

01
Honesty over hype
We tell you what we can deliver before we take your order. No overclaiming. No surprises on delivery day. If we can't do it, we say so.
02
Deadlines are commitments
Corporate gifting programmes, onboarding kits, event merchandise — they all have fixed dates. We plan around your deadline, not our convenience.
03
Quality is not optional
50 units or 50,000 — the standard doesn't change. Colour consistency, finish quality and placement accuracy are non-negotiable on every order.
04
Say yes to the difficult job
We started in 1994 by taking the job nobody else would. Glass, ceramic, wood, metal, latex — complex substrates are standard for us. That instinct never left.
